How to Enroll at Entheos Academy
Entheos Academy fills all open seats for the current school year through our open enrollment waitlist. Openings for the upcoming school year are filled through an open lottery. There is a separate waitlist for each Entheos campus, you will need to submit a separate application for each desired campus. You may add your student to the waitlist any time during the year, or to the lottery during open enrollment, by visiting the link below.

Enrollment Process
Current School Year
Open spots during the current school year are filled from a waitlist. To put your student on this waitlist, please use the "enroll now" button above.
When a spot opens, the school will contact the family of the student at the top of the list for that grade. The length of the waitlist varies by campus and grade.
Upcoming School Year
The open enrollment waitlist for the upcoming school year opens on January 1st.
All completed applications submitted between January 1st and February 28th are included in a random, computerized lottery held on March 1st (or the first school day after March 1st, if the 1st falls on a weekend).
Applications received after March 1st will be added to the end of the waitlist.
Positions will be offered from the waitlist throughout the school year, as seats become available.
After the Lottery
Families will be notified via email of their child’s acceptance into the school through the computerized lottery program.
Families selected will be notified of the next steps in the registration process and what timeline they will need to follow.
Please keep in mind if you previously enrolled for the current school year and your child was not selected through the lottery, you will need to re-enroll in the database for subsequent school years.
Students not chosen through the lottery program will not be automatically included in the lottery for future school years.
Current Students
Students currently attending Entheos Academy do not need to reapply to the school through the open enrollment process but will need to indicate their intent to return to Entheos for the upcoming school year.
Siblings of current students who want to attend should sign up using the open enrollment process. Siblings of current Entheos students attending other schools, children of full-time staff members, and children of founding members, will receive first preference of any openings in the school. Every effort will be made to accept all siblings in an individual family, but this may not be possible due to caps on class sizes.
