4-H Partnership

Entheos has the privilege of partnering with USU Extension, through Salt Lake County 4-H, to provide additional opportunities at no cost for our school community. 4-H is a national organization that helps youth reach their full potential through engaging programs and leadership opportunities.

These programs include:

Targeted Tutoring

Students can receive focused help through small group tutoring sessions. Typically, this is offered in an after school setting.

Books and Breakfast

Students are able to spend time before school reading with volunteers while earning free books!

After School Clubs

A variety of clubs are offered after school, giving students a chance to develop skills and gain new (often lifelong!) interests. These include: STEM, art, cooking, sewing, natural world, and others. These are offered on a rotating basis, once a week or once a month, depending on club.

Service Clubs

Entheos offers a National Elementary Honor Society (NHS) club for students in 5th-6th grades, and an Entheos Service Club for students in 7th-8th grades. Students in both clubs meet with their peers to assess needs in the school and local community and plan service projects. (Participants commit to performing service hours both in and out of club meetings).

Robotics Teams

Students in 4th grade and up can learn programming, coding, teamwork, and presentation skills while preparing to compete in an annual Lego League robotics competition. (Robotics teams require a time commitment and may have an additional fee).

Family Nights

Families are invited to participate in special activities that focus on different themes, such as literacy, STEM, service, and even Star Wars!

Please note: Participation in 4-H events, with the exception of Family Nights, requires registration in 4-H and a $10 per student registration fee. Fee waivers are available.
