Attendance Announcment Print

Dear Entheos Academy Parents,

Entheos Academy is a public charter school and requires continuous and active student participation and attendance.  As part of the responsibility to learn, and as essential preparation for college, students are expected to attend regularly, to be punctual, to participate, and to prepare themselves to learn.  Excessive absences prevent access to the excellent program of instruction at Entheos Academy and jeopardize a student’s ability to master content and earn credit.

Tardiness is also an area of increasing concern this year.  Students who are late to class interrupt the learning environment and create a distraction for teachers and other students.  Beginning Monday, January 4th, 2010, students who arrive after 8:30 A.M. must be signed into school by a parent.

We recognize that parents make great sacrifices to transport children to and from Entheos Academy and that by choosing to enroll your student here; you have taken on a new level of commitment to your child’s education. Your efforts to support your children and the school are greatly appreciated.

Sincerely,

Bradford S. Lester
