Inspirations Contest |

Our school is participating in the Inspirations Contest!!! The theme is The Power of One. Students may individually submit their original work in 8 areas: Visual art, photography, musical composition, theatre, 3D art, literature, film/video, and choreography/dance. All submissions are due Jan 20 by the end of the school day. Entries are divided into divisions according to grade level: K-2, 3-5, 6-8, and 9-12. Winning entries in each category and division will be sent to the regional competition. Winning entries from the regional competition will be sent to the state competition. For more information, please print out an inspirations entry form and the official contest rules, or pick them up from the front office. |

 Middle School Supplies List To facilitate a successful school year, every student must have the follow by the first day of school: A trapper keeper Ink pens Pencils Colored Pencils Combination lock Lined paper Markers It is recommended that each student have the following: _____ 1 Backpack or book bag _____ 2 Portfolio binders (a 3 inch and a 2 inch – your student can reuse their portfolios from last year "if available") _____ 1 Package of subject pocket dividers _____ Pencil and pen pouch with three holes for placement in three ring binder These items may come in handy or may be necessary for math class: _____ Graph paper _____ 12 inch ruler _____ Protractor _____ Calculator (see math teacher for recommend model) _____ Locker shelf _____ Scissors We are asking each family to donate three items from the following list (for class/crew use): _____ Package of glue sticks _____ Construction paper _____ Boxes of Kleenex tissues _____ Package of markers _____ Colored paper _____ Package of "Expo" white board markers _____ Clorox wipes _____ Hand Sanitizer (large classroom size) _____ Package of regular point "Sharpie markers" _____ Package of thin point "Sharpie markers" * Please understand that we know times are tough right now for many of our families but whatever we have donated for class use means more of our classroom budget is available for field work expenses.
